Muscle Mustangs & Fast Fords - September 2006 Pro Line Racing makes the cover!

mmff_12sep07Congratulations to Eric Dillard and Matt Hamby for making the September 2006 cover of Muscle Mustangs & Fast Fords!

Eric Dillard, co-owner of Pro Line Racing, made the cover with his 892rwhp Pro Line Racing built turbocharged 1997 Pacific Green Cobra. Matt Hamby is the owner of the other car on the cover. He drives a 1988 Mustang with a Pro Line Racing built 358ci nitrous injected engine.

   

ORSCA - Atlanta Dragway ORSCA Points Race

atlanta_12sep07We had a really good showing at the Atlanta race this weekend. It was great to see our customers Jerry Gunter, Kevin Scott, David Reese, and Keith Szabo representing the Limited Street class.

Congratulations to Eric Dillard for driving our Pro Line built Limited Street car, owned by Todd Berry, and receiving runner-up against Jeff Cooner in the finals!

Farmington Dragway ORSCA Points Race

farmington_12sep07We had a really good time at the Farmington Race this weekend. We brought the new Limited Street car out again after a few problems at the last race.

Despite the terrible weather conditions, Eric drove the car to a new best of 4.95@156mph! Congratulations to Todd Berry and Eric Dillard and the rest of the Pro Line Racing crew for another successful weekend.

   

Fun Ford Weekend Houston Raceway Park

ffw_houston_12sep07Despite all of the problems with the car, we ended up taking the win this weekend at Texas Thunder FFW Nationals.

Congratulations to Tim Lynch, Steve Petty, and the whole Pro Line Racing crew for sticking it out and winning in the finals with a 7.12 over Scarry's 7.15!

   

ORSCA - Atlanta Dragway Outlaw Allstar Points Series

atlanta_orsca_12sep07Aside from bringing the worlds fastest outlaw 10.5 car, we showed up with something else as well this year.

With the help of Todd Berry, owner of this new car, we built a 598ci engine with twin PT-88mm turbos to compete this year in Limited Street. Employee, Eric Dillard, is the driver of this new car.

With just the fourth pass out he piloted the car to a 5.16@151mph! Be sure to keep an eye out for this car and the whole Pro Line Racing team this year!

We also would like to congratulate Keith Szabo for taking home another win. This time he did it by beating Jeff Cooner in the finals with a 5.095!

Outlaw Nationals Huntsville Dragway

huntsville_12sep07Well things didn't go exactly as planned but we still had a good time at the race this weekend. Tim Lynch set the bar during qualifying with a 4.48@169. This was the fastest pass of the weekend from any of the Outlaw 10.5 cars.

In the Finals, Mike Hill went on to take the win in his new 2005 Mustang over Richard Sexton. Congratulations to Mike Hill and his crew.

szabo_12sep07Also we want to congratulate one of our customers for his win this weekend in the Limited Street class. Keith Szabo took the win over Carlton Thompson with a 4.98@155.

   

6th Annual NMRA Nationals Silver Dollar Raceway

nmra_lynch_12sep07Tim Lynch takes home another win this year in Outlaw 10.5. Qualifying 1st with a 7.005@205 and taking the win with a 7.188@196!

Also, congratulations to Zach Posey for his #1 Qualifying pass in Super Street Outlaw with a 7.532@185!

We will be looking forward to see how the new motor that we are putting together for him will do at the World Ford Challenge this year.

   

Orlando Speed World Street Nationals Back to Back Winner 2004-2005

orlando05_12sep07In 2004, Tim Lynch placed first with a 7.29@202 and qualified with a 7.11@203 at the Orlando World Street Nationals.

One year later, he did it again. This time taking the win with a 7.17@206 and qualifying with a 6.97@205!
