Testing with Coby Rabon in S.C.
Today we are in South Carolina with Coby Rabon testing for his next race. The Automatic Promod Race @ Carolina Dragway will take place August 13th - 14th. Coby's Pro Mod Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 is equipped with a PLR 670ci engine and twin Precision Pro Mod 94mm turbos. Coby made 3 passes earlier with the sun beating down on him. It was 97 degrees with a 150 degree track temp. We are currently waiting for it to cool down right now and we plan on making a couple test hits tonight. Enjoy the videos...
After the weather cooled down, Coby was able to make it down the track a bit quicker. He ran a 4.03@189mph before we called it a night. Earlier today, he ran a 4.09@189mph. Coby and his crew can't wait for qualifying tonight and we look forward to hearing the results!
