Mills Wins RTRA Radial Rebellion

DeWayne Mills and the Mills Racing Team had a career best showing in one of the fastest radial classes we've ever seen at the RTRA Radial Rebellion at Northstar Dragway in Denton, Texas! He faced a tough radial field where 4 of the 7 entries were running 4.0X's!

Round 1/8 Mile ET @ MPH
Q1 4.11@196mph
Q2 4.08@196mph
Q3 Aborted
Q4 4.07@197mph
E1 4.04@197mph
E2 4.03@199mph
E3 4.02@199mph

Mills and Jamie Miller, his tuner, once again had the car running with super consistency and only one aborted pass in qualifying. Ever since they got the car back together, the Golden Gorilla seems to be working better than ever! It is powered by a PLR 481X engine combined with the FuelTech FT500 EFI System, and ProTorque EV1 torque converter. In addition to a well deserved victory, Mills brought home Low E.T. and High MPH bragging rights with a 4.024@199.65mph in the final round!

Here we go! WIN for the gorilla team! 4.02 @ 199!
