Shipping Associate
We are seeking a Shipping Associate to handle the preparation and coordination of outgoing shipments. This role involves everything from packaging and labeling to building custom crates and loading shipping containers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and confident working in a hands-on environment where accuracy and safety are critical.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with sales, production, and inventory teams to coordinate shipments and resolve issues
- Prepare, package, and ship outgoing customer orders
- Operate shipping software (UPS, FedEx) to calculate shipping costs and generate labels
- Enter shipping charges on customer invoices and process payments on unpaid invoices before shipping
- Verify order accuracy and maintain detailed shipping records, including tracking numbers, photos, and packing documentation
- Build custom crates and packaging solutions to safely secure engines and high-value parts during transit
- Safely load and strap down vehicles and parts in shipping containers for international transport
- Manage and track shipping supplies inventory, ensuring adequate stock of boxes, tape, labels, and materials
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping area
Qualifications
- Position is based onsite at our Ball Ground, GA facility
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Computer savvy with the ability to learn programs such as Gmail, QuickBooks, and Excel
- Comfortable working in a noisy, fast-paced environment (climate-controlled machine shop)
- Ability to lift and move heavy packages and materials
- Ability to use basic hand tools, operate power tools safely, and accurately read a tape measure
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and good judgment on when to ask for help
- Prior experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred
- Team player with a positive attitude who’s willing to help out in other areas when needed

Inventory Coordinator
We are seeking an Inventory Coordinator to manage the flow of parts into, through, and out of our inventory system. This role is responsible for purchasing, receiving, inventory accuracy, vendor communication, and maintaining proper stock levels for multiple departments. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in an environment where accuracy and follow through are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with sales, machine shop, and production teams to understand inventory needs and support daily operations
- Maintain accurate inventory counts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues before adjustments are made
- Receive incoming parts, verify items received match purchase orders, and process them into inventory
- Purchase parts and materials from approved vendors and follow up on order status when needed
- Monitor vendor lead times and upcoming arrivals to anticipate delays or shortages
- Maintain proper stock levels, including planning, forecasting, and phasing out slow moving items
- Manage inventory transfers between locations and ensure documentation is complete
- Organize and maintain barcoded inventory and bin locations for quick, accurate retrieval
- Track and coordinate all items leaving the inventory room, ensuring proper documentation>
- Handle inventory returns to vendors for credit, replacement, or warranty evaluation
- Conduct regular cycle counts and support broader inventory audits
- Keep the inventory area clean, organized, and easy for others to navigate
- Assist other teams when needed and maintain strong internal communication
- Take ownership of the accuracy, condition, and overall health of the inventory system
Qualifications
