What a weekend! Huge congratulations to Ned Dunphy for making history and locking in the Drag and Drive World Record with a blazing 6.178 average,beating Jeff Lutz's previous overall average record of 6.1918 seconds.
If you know Drag and Drive, you know it is not just about running fast once. It is about driving your car hundreds of miles on real roads, then showing up to the track and laying down some of the quickest passes anyone has ever seen. Ned and his team did exactly that, logging over 700 miles of street driving before putting down world record runs at over 75 psi of boost. That is not just speed, that is stamina.
At the heart of Ned’s record setting combination is an SMX platform motor. Pro Line Racing was fortunate to play a role in helping spec and build the combo to withstand the brutal demands of Drag Week. Working alongside Ned, we have been able to fine tune and improve the setup over time, making sure it could not only survive the road miles but thrive on the track.

Travis "The Carolina Kid" Harvey continued his hot streak by winning Pro Boost at the PDRA North vs. South Shootout in Mechanicsville, Maryland. After qualifying No. 3, Harvey defeated Derek Ward in the final with a 3.59 at 209.36 mph.
Roderjan Busato captured the Pro Mod victory at the FT BR SPORT CUP in Brazil, while Aristeu da Veiga set a new Pro Mod class record with a 3.670-second pass at 336 km/h. It was another successful weekend for Proline-powered teams on one of Brazil's biggest drag racing stages.
