Pharris Wins at Spring Shootout 2015

Daniel Pharris went from well known X275 racer to major Drag Radial player overnight after debuting his new combination and bringing home a win at the postponed Holly Springs Spring Shootout in Mississippi!

Pharris was able to make huge strides, pass after pass with help from his brand new PLR Outlaw Drag Radial turnkey package! Including a PLR 481X assembled by Jeff Burns Racing Engines, FuelTech FT500 EFI system with pre-loaded tune-up managed by Wade Hopkins at Southern Speed Racing, twin Precision 98mm turbochargers, and Pro Torque custom torque converter.

Pharris qualified #2 in the Radial Wars class with a 4.23@185mph! In a 1st round bye he went 4.23@188mph! Round 2 matched Pharris against Enzo Pecchini, his 4.21@189mph pass was enough to send the Pharris Motorsports team to the finals!

In the finals, Pharris would face one of Drag Radial's biggest names, "Big Daddy" DeWayne Mills. Wade Hopkins of Southern Speed Racing turned the power up for this matchup! Pharris went 4.13 to Mills' 4.10, but took the win on a holeshot!

Congrats to the whole Pharris Motorsports team, Daniel, Tyler, Wade Hopkins and Southern Speed Racing, Jeff Burns Racing Engines! They really put on a good show and showed the drag radial world that there is a new powerhouse in town!
