PLR POWER PUSHES MILLS TO RUNNER UP AND 1ST TO 3.60S ON RADIALS

ADEL, GA (MARCH 24th, 2018) - Donald Long's Sweet 16 race at South Georgia Motorsports Park was an absolute barn-burner. Radial vs the World racers laid it all on the line for nine... that's right... nine rounds of qualifying. Almost every car on the track ran a personal best and world records changed hands many times!

Fan-favorite, DeWayne Mills and crew, had an outstanding performance at this race. In the third round of qualifying, Mills ran a 3.69 at 212mph to become the first to the 3.60s on radials! This run would sit him in the #6 qualifying spot.

In E1 vs Alex Laughlin, "Big Daddy" unloaded his best run of the event and low E.T. of the round, with a 3.66 at 213mph! He would move on to get a lucky E2 win over Stevie Jackson who red lit as Mills smoked the tires.

Mills also ran low E.T. of the round in E3, 3.73 at 211mph against Keith Haney. Unfortunately, Mills and crew weren't able to stop Mark Micke in the finals running a 4.07 to Micke's 3.72.

Congrats to DeWayne, Tim, Jamie, Josh, Tara, Kallee, and the rest of Mills Racing on the 1st to the 3.60s Milestone and runner-up performance!
