PRO LINE POWER CLAIMS TWO WINS, RUNNER-UP, AND NEW RECORDS IN AUSTRALIA

WILLOWBANK, QLD, AUSTRALIA (SEPTEMBER 17, 2017) – Round three of the Kenda Tires 660 Drag Radial Series was held at Willowbank Raceway  in Willowbank, Queensland, Australia over the weekend.  Several Pro Line Racing-powered cars were on-site with tunes set to kill, hunting for radial tire victory.

There were three PLR-powered teams competing in the Kenda 660 Kombat class, which is where the big dogs on small tires come to play. All three engines were machined and assembled by our good friends at Dandy Engines. Shaun Hale flogged his blue fox body Mustang to a 4.39 at 186 MPH pass right off the trailer and set the Australian radial tire speed record. Next, Perry Bullivant stepped up and set the Australian radial tire elapsed time record with a 4.23-second shot down the strip in round two of qualifying. Bullivant went on to push the PLR 481X-powered Snickers Bullivant Racing Camaro to a 4.21-second pass to win the semi-final and knock the record down a few hundredths more. The Kenda 660 Kombat final was an all-PLR battle between Bullivant and Joe Gauci, and both men had been running low fours all day. When the green bulbs flashed, Bullivant smoked the “tyres” and Gauci charged on to a 4.40-second run for the event win.

Congrats to Joe Gauci and team on a Kenda 660 Kombat win, to Perry Bullivant and team for their runner-up finish and for becoming Australia’s quickest car on radials, and to Shaun Hale and team for claiming the title of Australia’s fastest radial tire car.

Sydney, NSW, AUSTRALIA (SEPTEMBER 16, 2017)   – Another Dandy Engines / PLR-Powered team was busy working his way up the Grudge Kings Top Ten List for bragging rights as Australia's Fastest Street Outlaw. At an event at Sydney Dragway, Craige Lewis piloted his Dandy/PLR SBF powered Cortina to a $5000 payday and the #1 Spot on "The List"

Congrats to Craige Lewis for the win, hopefully we'll get to see him defend his title soon!
