DINWIDDIE, VA (October 2025) — Jason Harris and the Party Time Racing team finished the PDRA season on top once again, taking home their third consecutive World Finals Pro Boost event win at the Brian Olson Memorial PDRA World Finals at Virginia Motorsports Park.
Harris entered the weekend strong, qualifying third overall with a 3.570-second pass at 210.14 mph. From there, he delivered consistent, competitive runs through eliminations. He recorded one of the quickest passes of the event — a 3.564 at 210.08 mph — while advancing through the rounds.
In eliminations, Harris defeated teammate John Doc in Round Two with a 3.621 at 208.71 mph, moved past Kurt Steding in the semifinals, and faced Ty Tutterow in the final. The race was decided on the starting line when Tutterow went red by 0.041 seconds, giving Harris the automatic win. Harris still posted a solid 3.586-second pass at 209.20 mph to secure the victory.
This marks Harris’s third straight PDRA World Finals win, extending his dominance at one of the most competitive events in Pro Boost. His combination of consistency, precision, and strong team execution capped off another standout year for Party Time Racing.
Scott Taylor earned a $10,000 payday after winning the Outlaw Syndicate Racing Series Small Tire event at Southside Dragway, while also setting a new track record.
Travis Harvey captured the $125,000 Pro Mod Mania title at Milan Dragway with a perfect .0000 reaction time in the final round. Harvey's 3.605-second pass at 208.24 mph held off Melanie Salemi's quicker 3.602-second run, proving once again that races are won at both ends of the track. The victory marked one of the most exciting finishes of the weekend at IHRA Pro Mod Mania.
Paul Gargus won his first-ever Pro Mod race with Scott Tidwell Racing, defeating Aaron Wells and setting a new MWDRS Pro Mod record with a 3.547-second run at 211 MPH.
